SARAH GRAY CRAWFORD
Sarah Gray Crawford, 82, went home to be with the Lord Saturday morning at Britthaven Nursing Home in Goldsboro.
A graveside funeral service will be conducted Monday at 11 a. m. in the Winterville Cemetery.
Mrs. Crawford, a native of Winterville, was a longtime resident of Winterville. She relocated to the Goldsboro area in 2003 due to declining health and became a member of Victory Free Will Baptist Church in Goldsboro.
She was preceded in death by her husband, W. Ray Crawford and two sons, Bobby Ray Crawford and William Henry "Bill" Crawford.
She is survived by one son, James T. "J. T." Crawford and wife, Carolyn of Fremont; nine grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Wilkerson Funeral Home from 7until 9p.m. this evening.
