ALICE MAE JACKSON
SELMA -- Alice Mae Jackson, 60, of 2680 Rains Crossroads Road, died Tuesday at home.
The funeral will be held Friday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home. The Rev. Blake Stallings will officiate. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park.
Mrs. Jackson was a native of Harrisburg, Pa., and was the daughter of the late Wilton Albert and Mabel Mary Kidd Bastain.
She is survived by her husband, Howard D. Jackson; one son, Joseph Shane Jackson of Selma; four daughters, Denise Marie Wedding of Selma, Wendy Darlene Hill of Kenly, Heidi Marie Price of Selma and Laura Ruth Jackson of Princeton; one sister, Donna Joan Emick of Millersburg, Ohio; and eight grandchildren.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, and at other times at the residence.
