WALTER REID JR.
Walter Reid Jr., 52, of 730 Luther Drive, died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
The funeral will be held Thurs-day at 1 p.m. at Little Rock Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, on N.C. 581, near Pikeville. Elder Earnest Watson will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mr. Reid is survived by his parents, Elder Walter Reid Sr. and Carrie Davis Reid of Goldsboro; one son, Kevin, of Snow Hill; two daughters, Tomara and Latoya, both of Goldsboro; three sisters, Lavoria Jean Boone of Germany, Geraldine Reid of Bronx, N.Y., and Katherine Summers of Goldsboro; two brothers, Johnny Reid of Bronx, N.Y., and Henry Reid of Goldsboro; and seven grandchildren.
The viewing will be from 3 until 8 p.m. today at Hamilton Funereal Chapel of Goldsboro.
The family will receive friends at the residence.
