DOUGLAS MOZINGO
DEEP RUN -- Douglas Allen Mozingo, 31, of 5167 Highway 258 South, died Sunday in New Bern.
He was employed as a utilities mechanic at Smithfield Packing Company.
Surviving are his parents, Bobby and Karen Mozingo of Seven Springs; two children, Andrew Ryan Mozingo and Alexa Brooke Mozingo of Kinston; one brother, Robert Mozingo of Kinston; two sisters, Karen Mozingo Byrd and husband, Mike, of Kinston, Jennifer Mozingo Hill and husband, Harry, of LaGrange; his paternal grandmother, Iris Mozingo of Pink Hill; and four nephews and two nieces.
A graveside service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Pineview Cemetery in Seven Springs, with the Rev. Richard Barnard officiating.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Rouse Funeral Home and at other times at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Bobby Mozingo, 100 Main Street, Seven Springs, or condolences may be mailed to P.O. Box 114, Deep Run, N.C., 28525.
Memorial donations may be made to the Douglas A. Mozingo Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o Rev. Richard Barnard, Bethel F.W.B. Church, 1936 Banks Road, Kinston, N.C., 28504.
Rouse Funeral Home in LaGrange is serving the family.
