DEAN P. HEAD
PIKEVILLE -- Dean Patrick Head, 30, died Saturday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Kenly Cemetery. The Reverend David Kriger will officiate.
Mr. Head was born in Wayne County on December 24, 1973 to Cecil J. and Patricia Holland Head. He was a 1992 graduate of Charles B. Aycock High School. He was employed with Bridgestone-Firestone of Wilson and part time with Carolina Overhead and Doors in Goldsboro. Mr. Head was an avid hunter.
Mr. Head is survived by his parents, Cecil J. and Pat Holland Head; two daughters, Savannah Head and DeAnna Head both of Goldsboro; one brother, Anthony Head and wife, Julie, of Fremont; two sisters, Tracie Ferguson and husband, John, of McDonough, Ga. and Tammy Wade and husband, Mark, of Pikeville.
The family will receive friends on tonight (Monday) from 7 until 8:30 at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro and other times at the home of his parents, 1177 Pinkney Road in Pikeville.
