JAMES E. FARMER
ORMONDSVILLE -- James Emory Farmer, 70, brother of Ruby Rouse of LaGrange, died Tuesday.
The funeral will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Ormondsville Free Will Baptist Church, where he was a member. Burial will be in Snow Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Farmer was retired from the U.S. Air Force with 20 years of service and also was retired from the Pitt County Memorial Hospital Transportation Department.
In addition to his sister, he is survived by his wife, Bobbie S. Bowen Farmer; a daughter, Sue Ann Farmer; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at Farmer's Funeral Home in Ayden, and other times at the residence.
Flowers are welcome, or memorial donations may be made to the charity of the one's choice.
