CONNIE JACOBS
The funeral for Connie E. Jacobs will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at Saint Mark Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ. Bishop Alton Smith will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
Mrs. Jacobs is survived by two sons, Richard Jacobs; four sisters, Mildred Hilliard of Goldsboro, Gladys Benton of Washington, D.C., Evelyn Hobbs of Goldsboro and Edna Hill of Rockville, Md.; one brother, Melvin Jacobs of Gaithersburg, Md.; and one grandson.
A viewing will be held on Saturday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at St. Mark Church of Christ and the family will be present from 12 until 1 to receive friends.
