LEATHA BOWDEN
WARSAW -- The funeral for Leatha Mae Bowden, 64, of 114 W. John St., will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Kenansville. Pastor E.T. Coston will officiate. Burial will be in Rhodes Cemetery in Mount Olive.
Mrs. Bowden died Monday at Pitt Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
She was the daughter of the late John Henry and Elouise Ammons Bowden.
Her survivors include two sisters, Mildred Bowden of the home and Bertha Kennon of Bowdens; and two brothers, John Lewis Bowden of Philadelphia, Pa., and Lenzie Bowden of Mount Olive.
The viewing will be held Saturday from 3 until 7 p.m. at Garris Funeral Home in Mount Olive.
The family will receive friends at the residence.
