SELMA -- Eugene W. Penny, 78, of Ricks Road, died today at Johnston Memorial Hospital in Smithfield.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro and the family will receive friends there from 7 until 8:30 on Saturday night.
