David H. Waters Jr., 61, of 116 Best Ave., died Friday at his home.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Best Grove Missionary Baptist Church, with Elder George Wiggins officiating. Burial will follow in Old Mill Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce Evon Waters of the home; two sons, Artie Waters of Temple Hill, Md., and Marchette Waters of Fort Washington, Md.; two daughters, Dotty Waters of Branchville, Va., and Venus Waters of Virginia; one brother, Earnest Waters of Goldsboro; one sister, Flora Chambers of Goldsboro; and one grandchild.
A viewing will be held Monday from 3 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Hamilton Funeral Chapel of Goldsboro, where the family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m.
