BOBBY PELT
Bobby Eugene Pelt, 54, 1005 Eleventh St., died Friday at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
A graveside service, with military honors, will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Wayne Memorial Park.
A native of Wayne County, Mr. Pelt was the son of Ellen Smith Pelt of Goldsboro and the late Johnnie Pelt. He owned and operated a salvage company in Goldsboro and was an U.S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Rachel Kearney Pelt; one son, Bobby Eugene Pelt Jr.; one daughter, Laura Rachel Pelt of the home; three grandchildren, Stephanie Pelt, Katherine Pelt and Ashley Pelt; one brother, Johnnie Ray Pelt of Pikeville; and one sister, Emma Talmage of New Bern.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 10 until 11 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
