WILLIAM H. DAVIS
DUDLEY -- Funeral services for William Henry Davis, 62, of 102 Maxfield Dr., will be held Tuesday at noon from the Bethany F.W.B. Church, Albertson. Elder Aaron Jarman will officiate. Burial will follow in the Bell Family Cemetery.
Mr. Davis died Wednesday at Select Specialist Hospital in Durham.
He is the son of the late William and Angeline Davis. Mr. Davis served in the United States Army and was a truck driver.
He is survived by his wife, Alease Bell Davis of the home; one son, Roderick Davis of Durham; one daughter, Gwendoly Davis Bowman of Charlotte; three sisters, Dorothy Howell and Remona McIver of Goldsboro and May Lee Stanely of Kinston; and two grandchildren.
Viewing will be held today from 3 until 7 p.m. at the Garris Funeral Home Chapel and the family will be present from 6 until 7 p.m. to receive friends.
