EDWARD CARTER
MOUNT OLIVE -- The funeral for Edward F. Carter, 54, of 2180 Dobbersville Road, will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of West & Dunn Funeral Home in Newton Grove. The Rev. Patrick Muston will officiate. Burial will be in the Holmes Family Cemetery on Selah Church Road near Four Oaks.
Mr. Carter is survived by his wife, Shelley P. Carter; sons and daughters-in-law, Steve and Cheryl Honeycutt of Clayton, Michael and Christine Carter of Raleigh and Norman Carter of New Bern; a brother, Billy Carter of Goldsboro; his mother, Mary Lee Carter of Four Oaks; and a grandson, Joseph S. Honeycutt.
The family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 at the funeral home, and other times at the residence.
