PAMELA S. GODWIN
WILSON -- Pamela S. Godwin, 42, of 5235 G. Hwy. 42 West, died Sunday at Wilson Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held Thursday at 7 p.m. at Coley Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Ed Earp will officiate.
Ms. Godwin is survived by her father and step-mother, Jay T. and Jean Sauls of Kenly; mother and step-father, Dorothy and Roy Bass of Wilson; daughter, Jessica Renee Godwin of the home; a maternal grandmother, Beulah Johnson of Goldsboro; sister, Carol Batchelor of Eureka; brother, Shane Bass of Wilson; a step-sister, Aimee Strickland of Bailey; a step-brother, Vernon Bass of Fremont; a special friend, Gloria Coley; and special friends at Cox Media.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made to Community Home and Hospice, 2860 C. Ward Boulevard, Wilson, 27893 or The American Cancer Society, 930 B Wellness Dr., Greenville, 27834.
Visitation will follow the memorial service.
