TONA H. TURNER
KENLY -- Tona Hinnant Turner, 60, of 8135 Renfrow Road, died early Sunday morning after a courageous battle with cancer.
She was the daughter of Evelyn Renfrow Peterson and the late Cecil Hinnant.
In addition to her mother, Mrs. Turner is survived by her husband, Jimmie Ray Turner Sr.; one son, Jimmie Ray Turner, Jr.; one daughter, Tammy Turner Watson; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
An informal memorial service and celebration of life will be held at the home of Jimmie and Tona Turner at 3 p.m. Wednesday.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1544, Smithfield, N.C., 27577.
