ANDER ROBINSON
MOUNT OLIVE -- The funeral for Ander Robinson will be held Sunday at 3 p.m. at Mount Gilead Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry Faison officiating. Burial will be in Carver Memorial Cemetery of Mount Olive.
He was preceded in death by a son, Gene Robinson, and two brothers, Jim Robinson and Granger Robinson.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Lucille Robinson of the home; four children, James Robinson, Ray Robinson, Vicky Darden and Fenell Robinson; a brother, Thomas Green Robinson; two sisters, Carrie Bell Carlton and Ann Yelverton; 20 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives.
A viewing will be held Saturday from 2 to 7 p.m. at McIntyre Funeral Home Ministries. The family will receive friends at the home of Lucille Robinson, 106 County Road, Mount Olive.
