WARSAW -- John A. Best, 57, of Camden, N.J., formerly of Duplin County, died Sunday in New Jersey.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 3 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Warsaw. The Rev. Reginald Wells will officiate. Burial will be in the Devotional Gardens.
Mr. Best is survived by his mother, Mary Elizabeth Hall of Warsaw; one son, John Best Jr. of Philadelphia, Pa.; one daughter, Linkeek Davis of Philadelphia; three brothers, Fred Hall Jr. of Atlanta, Ga., Michael Hall of Warsaw and Raymond Hall of Wallace; and two grandchildren.
The family will receive friends at his mother's home at 420 West College St.
The viewing hours will be from 4 until 7 today at Rhodes Funeral Home in Warsaw.
