HERMAN WHITMAN
WARSAW -- Herman Earl Whitman, 80, died today at Guardian Care of Kenansville.
He was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ira Whitman, was the widower of Mary Elizabeth Price Whitman, and was a U.S. Army veteran.
Surviving are two daughters, Nancy W. Edens of Kenansville and Ellen W. Mathis of Faison; and five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Funeral arrangements are pending at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw.
