WALTER THOMPSON
FAISON -- The funeral for Walter Thompson, 82, of 179 David Bright Road, will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Burning Bush Holy Church. The Rev. Alto Pickett will officiate. Burial will be in Faison Community Cemetery.
Mr. Thompson died Sunday at Glencare Nursing Center.
He was the son of the late Thomas and Mary Faison Thompson.
His survivors include his wife, Mazie Thompson, and one son, Donald Ray Thompson.
The viewing hours will be from 4 until 7 p.m. today at Garris Funeral Home in Mount Olive.
