COLEEN J. WEEKS
MOUNT OLIVE -- Coleen J. Weeks, 97, died Tuesday morning at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Wayne County, and was the daughter of the late A.G. and Effie Brown Jordan. She was a member of Smith Chapel United Methodist Church.
The funeral will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Smith Chapel United Methodist Church. The Rev. Neil Wingfield will officiate. Burial will be in Wayne Memorial Park.
She is survived by one daughter, Madalene W. Hardison of Goldsboro; one sister, Mildred J. Weeks of Alexandria, Va.; and four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home of Goldsboro is serving the family.
