CORA B. WYNN
DUDLEY -- Cora Bennett Wynn, of 119 Southern Plaza Drive, died Saturday evening at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
She was born in Wayne County to the late Garland and Cora Wynn Bennett. A homemaker, she was a member of First Congregational Church in Dudley. She was preceded in death by one son, Curry Wynn and one daughter, Barbara Jean Wynn.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at the First Congregational Church of Dudley. The Rev. Harvey Carnes will officiate. Burial will be at the Wynn Family Cemetery in Dudley.
She is survived by four sons, Crosby Wynn of Sacramento, Calif., Clarence Wynn Jr., Martell Wynn Sr. and Crosby Wynn Jr. of Dudley; two daughters, Karimah Nasser of Dover, N.H., and Lupaze Wynn of Dudley; and thirty-six grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 until 9 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, and at other times at the residence.
