David Fink, 23, of South Oak Forest Road, died Sunday at home.
A celebration of life service will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
David was born in Prince George's County on Dec. 7, 1980.
He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Donna Gates Goff and Al Goff of Goldsboro; one brother, Thomas Weikle of Maryland; one sister, Melissa Oullette of Maryland; and his maternal grandmother, Mary Queen of Maryland.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of David may be directed to the American Diabetes Association, 2315-A Sunset Ave., Rocky Mount, N.C. 27804.
The family is being served by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
