JASPER L. SEXTON
MOUNT OLIVE -- Jasper Lee Sexton Sr., 48, of 304 N.C. Highway 55 West, died Tuesday night at Kitty Askins Hospice Center in Goldsboro.
A graveside funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday in Maplewood Cemetery in Mount Olive.
Mr. Sexton is survived by his wife, Patricia Peterson Sexton of the home; two sons, Jasper Lee Sexton Jr. of the home and Benjie Sexton of Goldsboro; his mother, Betsy Ayers Sexton of Mount Olive; a sister, Elizabeth Sexton Phillips of Mount Olive; four brothers, Robert Sexton of Mount Olive, Phillip Sexton Jr. of Fremont, Charlie Sexton of Goldsboro and Bobby Sexton of Rosewood; a grandson and three step-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends today from 4 until 6 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home. At other times, relatives and friends may call at the residence.
Flowers are welcome or memorial gifts may be made to the family.
