BRONISLAWA NOWOCHOCKI
PIKEVILLE -- Bronislawa Nowochocki, 78, of 104 Glendale Drive, died Monday at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro. Father Thomas Norris will preside. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
Mrs. Nowochocki was born in Wojutyeze, Poland, on Dec. 23, 1925, to the late Josef and Katharine Dudur Brodzinska. She was a member of Saint Mary Roman Catholic Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Mary Fabrizio of Pikeville; one son-in-law, Henry Glowiak Sr. of Connecticut; five grandchildren, Christine Glowiak of Connecticut, Henry Glowiak Jr. of Vermont, Llyn Simpson of Ohio, Cathy Parry and Danielle Fabrizio of Goldsboro; and two great-grandchildren, Savanna Simpson and Lane Simpson of Ohio.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Piotr P. Nowochocki, and a daughter, Jadwiga Glowiak.
The family will receive friends Friday from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory, and other times at the residence.
