The bride is the daughter of Tony Ray Head and Catherine Stith Head of Pikeville and the granddaughter of Betty U. Head and the late Rudolph Head of Pikeville and Evelyn Stith and the late Billy D. Stith of Goldsboro.
The groom is the son of Stephen Henry Price Wiggins of Mount Olive and Connie Turner Wiggins of Calypso and the grandson of Lathan Wiggins and Pauline Wiggins of Mount Olive and Lucille Koszulinski and the late Jan Koszulinski, the late Limon W. Turner of Calypso and Mary Andrews Turner of Grey Court, S.C.
