Kimberly Lewis Koen and Thomas Alan Lafave were united in marriage Aug. 13 at 4 p.m.
The Rev. Tim Owens officiated at the ceremony at Sleepy Creek Chapel.
The bride was escorted by her mother, Yvonne Lewis of Wilmington.
Brittany Nicole Koen, daughter of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Lauralee Jamie Lafave and Megan Renee Lafave, daughters of the groom.
Jody McNabb of Tucson, Ariz., was her brother’s best person.
A program of wedding music was provided by Nicole Lewis of Philadelphia, Pa., and Mary Scoville of Mooresville, sisters of the bride, vocalists.
Wendy Robert, of Goldsboro, gave the Lord’s Prayer.
After a wedding cruise to Grand Cayman and Cozumel, Mexico, the couple will reside in Goldsboro.
On July 31, Jimi Crampton, friend of the bride, held a pampered bride shower at her home.
