Tucker - Nolan
LaSauna P. Nolan and Pascal L. Tucker pledged their promises July 31 at 2 p.m.
The Rev. Keith Spivey officiated at the double-ring ceremony at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base Chapel.
Parents of the bride are the late Roosevelt Nolan and Oliver and JoRuth Hughey of Texas City, Texas.
The groom is the son of the late Jasper Tucker and Bettie Tucker of Wilson.
Given in marriage by Larry Aikens, friend of the bride, the bride wore an A-line white, strapless gown adorned with a traditional beaded lace appliqué and crystal on the bodice and chapel train.
For her headpiece, she chose a silver tiara of diamond accents and pearls with matching earrings and necklace. She carried a cascading bouquet of white roses accented with baby’s breath and ivy.
Alethea Aikens of Goldsboro, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Tiffany Nolan of San Antonio, Texas, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kamilah Ballenger of Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., Diane Speas of Goldsboro and Tracey Thompson of Radcliff, Ky., sisters of the bride.
Ronald McKenzie of Raleigh was best man. Groomsmen were Arthur Braswell of Rocky Mount, Gordon Caviness of Raleigh, David Nickel of Mount Olive and Donald Sullivan of Hampton, Va. Ushers were Vernon Means of Fayetteville and Terence Evans of Goldsboro.
Destini Brooks, daughter of the bride, and Breonna Tucker, daughter of the groom, were junior bridesmaids.
Sylvia Swinson of Goldsboro directed the wedding.
Hostesses were Heather Page and Tamika Robinson.
A program of wedding music was provided by Arthur Braswell of Rocky Mount, vocalist.
