Dail-Kinley
JAMESTOWN — Julia Elizabeth Kinley and Charles Robert Dail were married June 5 at 6:30 p.m.
The Rev. Ron Grillo officiated at the double-ring ceremony at Castle McCulloch.
Parents of the bride are Debra G. Jones of Thomasville and Winfred Kinley of Jackson Creek. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Grubb of Thomasville.
Parents of the groom are Lynn Weathers Dail and Robert and Gail Dail of Goldsboro. He is the grandson of the late Charles and Joyce Weathers and the late Leona Buck Dail of Goldsboro.
Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a white satin strapless gown.
For her headpiece, she chose a beaded tiara with an elbow-length veil enhanced with hand-sewn pearls. She carried a bouquet of purple calla lilies accented with lavender hydrangeas and white roses.
Jennifer Bowling of Thomasville, friend of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Heather McNeill of Lillington, Brittany Grubb of Thomasville and Kelly Hagwood and Marlo Bryan of Goldsboro.
William Dail of Asheville was his brother’s best man. Groomsmen were Spencer Dail of Goldsboro, brother of the groom, and Jeremiah Kinley and Jacob Kinley of Thomasville, brothers of the bride.
Chase Pleasants of Raleigh was flower girl. Bailey Bowling was ring bearer.
Brownie Doss directed the ceremony. Presiding at the register and greeting guests was Wesley Grubb, cousin of the bride.
A program of wedding music was provided by Dora Owen of Pittsboro, harpist.
After a wedding cruise to the Caribbean, the couple is residing in Greensboro.
The bride is a graduate of East Davidson High School and Appalachian State University with a bachelor of science degree in social work.
The groom graduated from Wayne Country Day School and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He is employed with Carolina Custom Pressing Inc. and Electric Mayhem Production of Greensboro.
Following the ceremony, a dinner and dance reception was held at Castle McCulloch.
On June 4, Robert and Gail Dail, parents of the groom, held a wedding rehearsal pig picking at the home of the bride’s father.
Brothers of the groom held a bachelor party June 3 in Greensboro.
On May 16, the bride’s family held a floating shower at the home of Amy Grubb of Thomasville, aunt of the bride.
Friends of the bride held a bachelorette beach weekend May 7.
On May 1, friends and family held luncheon and shower at the home of Carol Bryan of Goldsboro, aunt of the groom.
