DORIS WORLEY SASSER

Doris Worley Sasser, 92, ;Dudley, ;passed away Friday, June 29, 2018, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center surrounded by her family.
Doris was born in Wayne County April 2, 1926, to the late Ross and Maggie Lee Ellis Worley. She was married to the late Harvey Theodore Sasser.
Doris had worked as a seamstress for many years and with the United States Postal Service.
The family will receive friends Monday, July 2, 2018, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, followed by a graveside service at 10:30 a.m. in Princeton Cemetery, with the Rev. Marvin Wiggins officiating.
Doris is survived by her daughters, Brenda Carol Weaver in Goldsboro and Joan Tuttle in Zebulon; son, Jack Sasser and wife, Mary, of Peoria, Ariz.; three grandchildren, Marsha Eakes and husband, Roger, Wendy Taylor and husband, David, and Michael Joyner and wife, Brandy; six great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
