Loray Ann "Ray Ann" Mitchell Braxton, 50, died Wednesday at SECU Hospice House in Smithfield.
No funeral will be held.
She was born in Wayne County Jan. 12, 1968, to the late Billy Ray and Edna Harper Mitchell.
She is survived by a son, Jacob Barber.
Arrangements are by Seymour Funeral Home.
