WILLIAM DAVID EVANS

William David Evans, 59, Pikeville, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Kindred Hospital in Greensboro.
He was born in Wayne County Dec. 31, 1958, and was the son of the late Lonnie Ralph Evans and Betty Dail Evans of Pikeville.
David had worked with Textilease.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 27, 2018, at 11 a.m. in Wayne Memorial Park, with the Rev. David Hayes officiating.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Stacy Toni Evans; sister, Angela Bappert and husband, David, of Pikeville; niece, Amanda Bappert; and nephew, Kevin Bappert.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Ralph Evans.
The family will receive friends Monday, March 26, 2018, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home.
