Pierre Montrell Joyner, 29, 101 Will Drive, died Friday at Wayne UNC Health Care.
Funeral is Wednesday at noon at the Pentecostal United Holy Church.
He was born Nov. 22, 1988, in Wayne County to Michael Robinson and Rhonda Joyner.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. The family will receive friends at 701 Rudolph St., where they will assemble in preparation for the funeral service.
