Kay Lewis Millard, 74, Dudley, died Wednesday at Wayne UNC Health Care.
Memorial service will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at Legacy Baptist Church.
She was born in Duplin County June 30, 1943, to the late Shellmon Hughes and Harldor Lewis, and was raised by the late Charlie P. Lewis and Emma Sasser Lewis. She was married to the late David Millard Jr.
She is survived by two sons and two daughters.
Visitation will follow the service.
Arrangements are by Howell Funeral Home and Crematory.
