Deacon Karl Dubois Artis Sr., 78, 201 Brentwood Circle, Dudley, died Sunday in Willow Creek Nursing Home.
Funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at Bear Creek Headquarters.
He was born Nov. 25, 1939, in Wayne County to Nathaniel and Ruthie Mae Barnes Artis. He was married to Minnie Artis.
He is survived by three children.
Visitation will be an hour prior to at the church. The family will receive friends at the home, where it will assemble for the service.
Arrangements are by Haskins Funeral Home.
