Rose Ann Dail, 72, died Wednesday at Wayne UNC Health Care.
Graveside service will be 12:30 p.m. Monday at Wayne Memorial Park.
She was born in Illinois Sept. 15, 1945, to the late James and Peggy Bunch Klescewski. She was married to Jimmy Ray Dail.
She is survived by five children.
Visitation will be Monday from 11 a.m. to noon at Shackleford-Howell Funeral Home.
