Michael Wayne Snavely, 69, died Monday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 3 p.m. at Shumate-Faulk Funeral Home, with the Rev. Bill Blanks officiating.
Born in Wilmington, he was the son of the late Richard and Louise Brown Snavely. He was married to Beth Turlington Snavely.
He is survived by a daughter and a son.
Visitation will follow the service.
