Betty Brown Melton, 76, Kenly, died Monday at home.
Visitation will be Thursday from 10 to 10:45 a.m. at Kenly Funeral Service, followed by a funeral at 11 a.m. in the chapel, with the Rev. George Arrant officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery in Wilson.
She was born July 5, 1941, to the late Carl and Marie Watkins Brown.
She is survived by a son.
