Shirley Ann Silva, 76, Yadkinville, died Wednesday at Yadkin Nursing Care Center.
Funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, with the Rev. Ernie Haskins officiating.
She was born April 16, 1941, in Winston-Salem to Roy Isley and Julia Lumpkin-Isley.
She is survived by three daughters.
Visitation will be an hour prior to service at the church.
Arrangements are by Haskins Funeral Home.
