Evelin Joyce Carter Bailey, 69, Snow Hill, died Tuesday.
Funeral will be 7 p.m. Thursday at the chapel of Taylor-Tyson Funeral Service, with the Rev. Ronnie Heath officiating. Committal will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Snow Hill Cemetery.
She was a native of Greene County.
Visitation will follow the funeral. At other times, the family will receive friends at her home.
