Joel Wayne Howell, 69, passed away suddenly Wednesday, March 29, 2017, at his home in Memphis, Tenn.
He was born in Wayne County May 19, 1947, son of Ralph and Lucy Edwards Howell.
The family will receive friends Sunday, April 2, 2017, from 2 to 3 p.m. at Seymour Funeral Home, followed by a service celebrating his life at 3 p.m. in the chapel. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
Among his survivors is his wife, Sheila Stancil Howell.
