KENNETH EUGENE "MANN" HAMM

Kenneth Eugene "Mann" Hamm, Goldsboro, died peacefully at home Wednesday.
Mr. Hamm was a retired truck driver, mechanic and heavy equipment operator.
He was a native of Wayne, and was preceded in death by his parents, Dollie Langston Hamm and Eugene Hamm; sons, Stacy and Tracy Hamm; brother, James Hamm; and a father-in-law, Malcolm Bass.
Surviving are his wife, Jackie Bass Hamm of 49 years; son, Travis Hamm of the home; mother-in-law, Betty Jo Bass of Kinston; sisters, Hazel Sorrell and husband, Robert, of Fremont, Pauline Jones of Wilson, Dot Littleton and husband, Donnie, of Goldsboro, Linda Hamm of Goldsboro and Peggy Walston and husband, Charles, of Shines Cross Roads; brothers, Ronnie Hamm and wife, Cathy, of Pikeville, Linwood Hamm of Goldsboro and Jimmy Hamm and wife, Belva, of Fremont; special nephews, Cameron Hamm and Conner Daniels; sisters-in-law, Dolly Bass of Shines Cross Roads, Patsy Williams of Kinston, Terry Creighto and husband, Bob, of Lindell and Joyce Pate and husband, Melvin, of Goldsboro; and brother-in-law, Eddy Bass.
Graveside service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, with the Rev. Donald Ray Massey and the Rev. Jackie Hamm officiating.
The family will receive family and friends following the service.
Arrangement are with Evergreen Funeral Home.
