Nancy Newell Wood, 76, of Clinton, died Sunday.
She was born June 1, 1940, in Danville, Va., to the late W.A. Newell and Charlotte Wilkins Newell. She was the wife of the late Kirby Whitford Wood Jr.
Funeral will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Rouse Funeral Home with Pastor David Willis officiating. Entombment will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
Family and friends will be received Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rouse Funeral Home.
