JAMES ROBERT "ROBIN" WILLIAMS

James Robert "Robin" Williams, 60, received his healing Monday evening at Kitty Askins surrounded by his family.
The last 20 years of Robin's life, he was disabled. He lived a simple life. A poor man by earthly standards, but rich in his faith, he loved unconditionally, and his family was his world.
Robin is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth Ann Williams of Florida and April Nikole Williams and fiancé, William Fail; one son, Matthew Hunter Williams all of Goldsboro; the apple of his eye, granddaughter, Brooke Marie Williams; sisters, Brenda Stevens and Peggy Pelt of Goldsboro, Marie Owens and Mary Ann Williams of Dudley and Phyllis Gurgainous and Paulette Smith of Mount Olive; two brothers, Doug Hyatt of Mount Olive and Emmett Ballree of Southport, N.C., and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Emmett W. and Shirley Strickland Ballree of Mount Olive; sister, Tennie Ballree Barber; and brother, E. Eugene Ballree.
A service of remembrance will be Saturday, Jan. 21, at 3 p.m. at Fore Christ Church, 770 Northeast Church Road, Mount Olive, N.C.
Visitation will follow immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Fore Christ Church or the American Cancer society.
