Diedra LaVone Wooten, 43, 509 Wendell Fall Parkway, Wendell, formerly of Goldsboro, died Monday at Wake Medical Center.
She was born Aug. 26, 1973, in Wayne County to Len and Eartha Cox Wooten.
Funeral will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday at Giles Chapel OFWB Church. Burial will follow in Spruill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the residence where they will assemble in preparation for the funeral.
Arrangements are by Haskins Funeral Home.
