Charlotte Summerlin Vestal, 84, resident of East Pine Forest, Mount Olive, and native of Beautancus community, died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2016 at Genesis Health Care.
She was daughter of the late William Elbert Summerlin and Sallie Mae Wilson Summerlin and widow of Charlie C. Vestal.
Funeral will be Tuesday, Nov. 22, at 3 p.m. at Tyndall Funeral Home with burial following at Wilson Cemetery, Calypso. Visitation will be during the hour before the services, and at other times, the family will be at the Roland Whaley residence, 1816 Thunder Swamp Road, Mount Olive.
She is survived by a sister, Eva Mae Turner of Calypso and several nieces and nephews, Tammy Bradshaw of Kenly, Deborah Whaley and husband, Roland, of Mount Olive, William Brock and wife, Ricki, of Hope Mills, and James Brock and wife, Frances, of Pink Hill, along with all of their families.
