Nathan Paul Lucas Jr., 83, LaGrange, passed away Monday, Nov. 7, 2016, at UNC Rex Hospital in Raleigh.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Anne Lucas, and sons, Larry Wade Lucas and Gary Lucas.
He is survived by his daughter, Paula Lucas Sutton and husband, John Sutton Jr., of Kinston; son, Nathan Paul Lucas III and wife, Donna Roshelle Lucas, of Goldsboro; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016, at Jackson Heights Free Will Baptist Church.
Visitation will follow the service.
Interment will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 11, 2016, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Wilson.
