James Ronald Stokes, 66, 2106 S. John St., died Sunday at Kitty Askins Hospice Center of Goldsboro.
Funeral will be Saturday at 1 p.m. at St. Stephens Missionary Baptist Church. Burial will be at Wayne Memorial Park.
He was born May 4, 1950, in Wayne County to Magdalene W. Thompson and the late James W. Harris.
He is survived by four children.
Visitation will be 3 to 7 tonight at J.B. Rhodes Funeral Home and Cremations.
