Crystal Jane Grady, 35, LaGrange, passed away Thursday, Aug. 4, 2016, at Wayne Memorial Hospital.
Crystal was born in Wayne County July 24, 1981, to Tammy Lewis of Goldsboro and the late Randy D. Grady.
She was a woman who enjoyed many things in life, including music, flowers, horses, motorcycles and going to the beach.
Crystal was larger than life, and every life she touched, she changed. Most important to Crystal was her family. Crystal worked so hard to make sure her children were well taken care of. She was the best mama, who will be truly missed.
A service celebrating Crystal's life will be held at 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 8, 2016, at Coker's Memorial Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, with the Rev. William Meares and Michael Sauls officiating.
The family will greet friends immediately following the service at the church and other times at the home of her grandparents, Audrey and Billy King.
Interment will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 9, 2016, at Evergreen Memorial Cemetery, with the Rev. Ira Williford officiating.
Crystal is survived by her five children, Hunter Brian Hare, Niles Lee Grady, Hannah Jane Grady and twins, Brooklynne Paige Grady and Bryce Allen Grady; mother, Tammy Lewis; grandparents, Audrey and Billy King; sister, Olivia Lewis and fiancé, Owen Benton; stepsisters, Toni Ann Basden and Missy Gentry; and stepbrother, Justin Lewis.
She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends she loved very much.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Helen and Jimmy Red Grady.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be given to the Grady Children's Education Fund at BB&T.
