Ruth West Fields, 77, Princeton, died Friday in SECU Hospice in Smithfield.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Monday in Princeton Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dwayne Batten and her son, Doug Fields, officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Princeton Cemetery.
She was born Aug. 21, 1938, in Grove, Okla., to the late Henry Lee and Alice Mae Greer West. She was married to the late Kenneth Ray Fields.
She is survived by four sons and a daughter.
Visitation will be at Parrish Funeral Home in Selma 6 to 8 tonight and at other times, at the home of her daughter, Kathy, 208 E. Donnie H. Jones Jr. Blvd., Princeton.
