Major Lewis Clark Sr., 64, 809 Aycock St., died Wednesday in the Veterans Administration Hospital in Durham.
Funeral will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Brighter Hope Christian Fellowship in Clayton. Burial with military honors will be Monday at 10 a.m. in Eastern Carolina Veterans Cemetery.
He was born Feb. 9, 1952, in Hampton, Va., to William and Pearl Clark Blackwell. He was married to Laverne Archible Clark.
He is survived by seven children.
Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 6 p.m. at Haskins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at 46 Moser Drive, Clayton, where it will assemble for the funeral procession.
